Painting is the foundation of art in many ways. Commercial photography is all about selling and getting people to buy but this project is about the feeling the food can bring to people. In messy photography, I wanted to show the idea of human connection and allow the viewer to enjoy the experience of the photography. The goal was to use inspiration from abstract painting and using the emotion food brings while also making something messy with textures and colors while using ordinary household food items.
